Whether updating a kitchen or bath, or planning a new home from the ground up, our mission is to help you manifest your dream home.

We take a holistic approach to reviewing all aspects of home design and construction, with a strong eye towards managing to a specific construction budget. Home construction often represents one of the biggest investments and expenditures we take on during our lifetime. Our role is to be the central control of the project assuring you are getting the most for your money and avoiding delays.

We all lead busy lives and managing a home construction project is a full-time job. The entire process is complex with many parties involved, let us be your advocate so you can enjoy the process.

Background and Core Values

Jen Morrison brings the discipline of the corporate world to home building. She is a financial analyst and Six Sigma black belt – specializing in efficient use of resources and funds. She has a passion for sustainable home design and keeping costs in check. Yes, she really likes budgets!

Jen and her husband bought their first home, a “fixer-upper” in Cambridge, MA, in 1999 before the DIY/HGTV movement became trendy. After 3 years of mostly sweat equity, they sold their house for 10 times the initial investment. From there, they’ve designed and built 2 other homes, completing each project on time (build time was 5 to 6 months), on budget and with considerable equity increases. They also designed and renovated parts of 2 other homes. Now Jen wants to bring that same experience and passion to your home building project.
