Jen Morrison
FOUNDER
Jen’s natural affinity for problem-solving is the common thread that has spanned her working life from starting in financial analysis to becoming the highest level of corporate problem solver known as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma (process improvement methodologies) to home design and building.
All of these “problems” were solved by mixing not just her strengths of financial knowledge and know-how of designing creative ideas but the skills and ideas of others. Jen believes problems are best solved by working with the right mix of the right people. If you would like to help or get involved in any of these projects or if you have a home design or building or renovating problem, please reach out.
Looking forward, Jen is excited to focus more again on community-based and nonprofit work. The next problem Jen is looking to solve is how to promote animal rescue and her belief in animal-assisted therapy while supporting the widespread need for affordable housing. Jen envisions a symbiotic animal rescue and affordable housing development that can both give back to her community and continue her mission to create sustainable and effective housing while supporting rescue animals and residents.
