This home at Bretton Woods was purchased because the knowledge gained from our other locations in New Hampshire led us to it. It has an amazing view of the ski slopes across the street, which can be reached in just 5 minutes. With 5 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms across 3 levels, the high ceilings bring in natural light, allowing the home to celebrate all the best parts of Bretton Woods.

The Bretton Woods Mountain is the biggest and best in New Hampshire. With access to all the fun things at the Mount Washington Resort like golf and horseback riding, the home still maintains its privacy and space. The home is the end unit on 3 other homes which allows for plenty of windows and green space. It is part of a well-managed HOA of 100 other homes.

This development is set up for renting, which we knew was important for us. While we haven’t yet had the time to design it as with other homes, we were lucky enough to have Joe Molloy’s painting expertise again. I chose a deep green to go with the black stone countertops. The kitchen, fireplace, and its surrounding, as well as the primary bedroom, have all been updated since we purchased this home. Our next steps are updating the art, design, and flooring.
