1.    Design and build or remodel from creating plans to helping you prioritize your wish lists

2.    If you have already gotten plans and the bids are too high we can review and find ways for the costs to come down without sacrificing style  (in our current build I cut out over $70,000 in costs from an architects plans back to my original designs)

3.    Manage your build or remodel project.  We know you are probably working to afford it and don’t have the time or expertise to make the numerous and quick decisions needed.  

4.    Up-cycle your existing furniture and room revitalization needs.  I have created many of our furnishings from yard and estate sale finds. I estimate that I have painted over 50 rooms and 60 pieces of furniture.  I have also made my own furniture and designs when I could not find what would fit.
